Our Services
At Courage Rock, you learn the skills you need to build your relationship and knowledge to work with your horse. Each session is customized to the individual. We start with the basics of horsemanship and care then progress at your pace and direction. You have the opportunity to get the experience for competition, confidence for trail riding, train with your horse on the ground, or spend the day grooming, relaxing, and grazing.
Courage Rock Stable is a member of the Professional Association of Therapeutic Horsemanship International (Path Intl.) as our instructor is also certified through this organization. We follow PATH Intl. Standards that exist to provide consistent safety provisions for participants, highly-regarded facility and program management processes and humane treatment for working with equines.

Project Horses and Heroes
is a group of veterans and first responders that work the horses together or one-on-one and learn riding skills or relationship training. Courage Rock works in collaboration with other veteran organizations such as our local VSO and Mary T Klinker Resource Center.

Pony Pals & Pages
We’re excited to announce Pony Pals & Pages, a new and innovative program designed to encourage and empower your child’s love for reading through Horse Powered Reading!
Our certified facilitators, along with our amazing ponies, guide students in fun, interactive sessions that build literacy skills in a supportive, judgment-free environment. This science-based program not only focuses on the mechanics of reading but also helps break down emotional barriers that can make reading a challenge.
Through hands-on activities, props, and the unique connection with their horse reading partner, students gain valuable insights into their learning patterns and build confidence in a way that’s both engaging and impactful.

Gold & Blue Star Families
Family members of active duty service members and Gold Star families are encouraged to visit. Please give us a call to schedule a private tour.
